This Lemon Garlic Salmon on the Blackstone has a tangy, garlicky taste and a perfect, flaky texture. This recipe is quick and easy to make for a weeknight dinner that feels fancy and elevated.
If you don’t have a Blackstone griddle, you should totally get one (just kidding, kinda). But seriously, you can also make this salmon on a charcoal or gas grill, or inside on a cast iron pan!! The marinade is super delicious and you need to make it ASAP!
Salmon is a great source of healthy fats and protein. Thanks to the Lemon Garlic marinade, this recipe has a ton of flavor without the use of a decadent sauce or glaze.
Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Salmon:
- Salmon filets – skin on or skinless, whichever you prefer
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Italian seasoning
How to make Lemon Garlic Salmon on the Blackstone:
Place salmon filets in a shallow dish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the salmon filets. Marinate salmon for 15 minutes.
Heat your Blackstone griddle, grill, or cast iron pan to medium heat. Lightly coat the surface with cooking oil.
Cook salmon filets for about 4 minutes on each side, more or less depending on how you prefer your salmon cooked.
Serve while hot and enjoy!!
Sizzling Tip:
If your salmon filets have bones, here is a tip on removing them: Run your fingers against the grain of the salmon. When you feel a bone, use a clean pair of tweezers to remove and discard. Voila~ no more bones!! 🙂
